Bret Levy has been avid into his fitness regime for as long as he can remember. Beginning in his teenage years and throughout his twenties, he focused mostly on heavy weight training. When Bret started dating his future wife, over 9 years ago, he began to venture into more varied workouts, ones that they both enjoyed, including cardiovascular training, cycling, swimming and running. He was instantly hooked on these new ventures and shortly afterwards, found himself participating in triathlons and running races in the area. Bret is also a restaurateur and spends most of his time tending to the business of running his restaurant. If he is not tending to his restaurant, teaching indoor cycling class, or working out, you can also find him boating or paddle boarding at the Jersey Shore.
Bret’s awesome mix of fun, energetic and upbeat but challenging classes, promotes his school of thought, “Bret believes this is your time, therefore the class should be about you and getting you the best possible workout in an hour, as well as to lead you into an hour long mind body escape from your daily monotonous responsibilities. Bret can often be heard telling his class that he wants them to leave stronger, healthier and happier than when they entered. That’s when he knows he’s done his job!
