Katie is certified in group cycling through AAAI and is a TRX Level 1 Qualified Trainer in suspension training. She uses a rhythmic approach to cycling that focuses on moving to the beat in the music more than focusing on a specific RPM. Her passion is helping others rediscover and grow their self-love and resilience through fitness and positive thinking. In her classes, she focuses on building endurance and strength through cardio and choreograph-based movements while jamming out and having fun. She is a firm believer that a happy mind leads a happy life and will use encouraging words during her class to share this mindset with her students. Katie’s class is for all fitness levels of all shapes and sizes and she will challenge her students to push passed their physical and mental limits. Katie’s main goal is that her students walk out of her class feeling sweaty, happy, and stronger than when they walked in. Good vibes and good rides, only!
