Indoor cycling is by far my favorite workout. I walked in my first class 3 years ago terrified and totally intimidated. It ended up being the best thing I have ever tried and was the only thing that gave me fast results in my weight loss goals. I have stayed with it since. Last year I decided it was time for me to get certified and teach others this fun and intense workout. This made working out never a hassle for me and I couldn’t ask for anything better! My goal is to have fun, upbeat music and always make the routine different. I hope as an instructor I can motivate other people to love it too! It is truly a fun experience that no one should miss out on!
